WholeSalERS 

Whilesaling occurs when a wholeseller contracts with a home seller, markets the home to potential buyers, and then assigns the contract to one of them. The wholesaler makes a profit, which is the difference between the contracted price with the seller and the amount paid by the buyer. The goal in real estate wholesaling is to sell the home before the contract with the original homeowner closes.


Fix & Flip RennovatORS

Home flipping is an investment strategy in which an investor purchases properties with the goal of reselling them for a profit. Profit is generated either through the price appreciation that occurs as a result of a hot housing market and/or from renovations and capital improvements. Investors who employ these strategies face the risk of price depreciation in bad housing markets.


Buy & Hold Investors

Buy and hold is a passive investment strategy in which an investor buys real estate and holds them for a long period of time, regardless of fluctuations in the market. An investor who employs a buy-and-hold strategy actively selects real estate and looks to cashflow their portfolio, but once in a position, is not concerned with short-term price movements and other technical indicators.
